Sixties Protests

The 60’s was a time of great social change and protest. During that  tempestuous decade,  I covered a great many demonstrations and riots. People, especially young people, were furious about nuclear weapons, Polaris,  the war in Vietnam, NATO, Capitalism,  fox hunting and the recently introduced parking meters.  Here are some of my photographs from that period, I hope you like them.
